What you are paying for
Compensation and service fees are separate.
Your formal quote and Service Agreement identify the amounts that apply to your arrangement.
Huashi service fee
Huashi’s fee covers the applicable consultation, sourcing, screening, matching and service coordination. It generally does not include caregiver wages unless the specific Service Agreement expressly says otherwise.
Currency & payment
The final payable amount is confirmed in writing.
Formal service pricing starts from a CNY base price. The selected settlement currency, applicable adjustments and payment route are then reflected in the formal Quote or Invoice.
CNY · Base pricing currency
Formal service quotes use CNY as the base pricing currency. This does not mean every customer must pay in CNY.
USD · Supported settlement currency
USD is a supported base settlement currency and does not receive the 2% foreign-currency adjustment.
Other applicable currencies
Other currencies may be quoted or arranged for collection by order. They do not each imply automatic checkout, card, local-transfer or SWIFT availability.

Payment methods
Card, bank transfer, ACH, Wire / SWIFT or local transfer may be offered depending on country, amount, currency, account availability and formal instructions.
8% reduction
Eligible bank/account transfer
An eligible bank or account transfer may receive an 8% reduction from the applicable standard quoted price. This is a payment-method reduction, not a card surcharge. Final eligibility is stated in the formal Quote, Invoice or payment instructions.
2% foreign-currency adjustment
Currencies other than CNY and USD are subject to a 2% foreign-currency adjustment. If applicable, it is clearly included in the formal quote before payment confirmation.
Exchange-rate approach
Conversion uses a current reasonable mid-market basis. The formal quote states the settlement currency and final amount and controls the amount due.
SWIFT and third-party fees
When selecting an international wire or SWIFT transfer, intermediary and originating banking network fees are handled directly by the remitting institution according to standard international banking practices.
How the amount is formed
CNY base price → selected settlement currency → 2% adjustment where applicable → 8% eligible transfer reduction where applicable → final Quote or Invoice.
Optional priority services
Two separate ways to request priority.
Standard enquiries remain available without either option. Priority affects processing order, not outcome.

Priority Consultation
Places a new enquiry in a priority human-review queue. Standard Consultation generally targets first contact in about 48 hours; Priority Consultation aims for a first contact attempt in about 24 hours.
- Includes a US$10 promotional non-cash service credit
- Credit eligibility lasts 30 days from successful payment
- Applies only to an eligible Huashi service fee under an eligible formal Service Agreement
- Cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, transferred or sold
The 24-hour target is not a guarantee or SLA and does not guarantee two-way contact or placement. Generally non-refundable except where applicable law or an applicable payment-error exception requires otherwise.

Priority Matching
Starts a defined priority sourcing, screening and matching process for a formal order.
- The extra 10% applies only to Huashi’s applicable service fee
- Charged only when that process leads to the formal agreement
- Paid with the applicable service fee at formal signing, not when selected
- Not charged when the final agreement was not caused by that process
Priority Matching mobilizes dedicated advisor resources for expedited sourcing and screening; final placement is subject to mutual family interview and signed agreement confirmation.
Formal Service Agreement
Confirmed terms become a formal service arrangement.
After the candidate and key service terms are confirmed, Huashi prepares the applicable Service Agreement for review.

Order-specific terms control
Payment, cancellation, refund, replacement, rematching, service interruption and other order-specific obligations are governed by the signed Service Agreement. If general website information conflicts with that agreement on an order matter, the Service Agreement controls.

Priority Consultation receives confirmation through the current online flow. Huashi confirms formal-order payment by the relevant method. An applicable Invoice, receipt or payment record can be provided.

If instructions materially differ or appear unusual, verify them before paying through hello@huashiglobal.com or an already confirmed Huashi contact channel.

Is the website price my final price?
No. The final amount is stated in the applicable formal Quote or Invoice.
How long is my quote valid?
Each quote states its own validity period. A change to the date, location, scope, role, candidate, payment method or another material condition may require an updated quote.
Can I pay in another currency?
Potentially. Huashi may quote or arrange collection in supported currencies for a specific order; the available route is confirmed in writing.
Why is there a 2% foreign-currency adjustment?
This published adjustment applies to currencies other than CNY and USD to cover cross-border multi-currency conversion costs.
How does the 8% bank-transfer reduction work?
If the route is eligible, the formal Quote, Invoice or payment instructions apply an 8% reduction from the applicable standard quoted price.
What is Priority Consultation?
The optional US$8.88 priority human-review queue targets a first contact attempt in about 24 hours and includes the stated credit, subject to the Terms of Use.
What is Priority Matching?

Are caregiver wages included in Huashi’s service fee?
Generally no, unless the specific Service Agreement expressly states otherwise.
What happens if I cancel a formal order?
Cancellation, refund, replacement and rematching rules are set by the signed Service Agreement for that order.
Which payment instructions should I follow?
Use only the formal order documents, official Checkout or written instructions from an authorized Huashi representative.
Can I request an invoice or payment record?
Yes. An applicable Invoice, receipt or payment record can be provided according to the transaction and order process.
