THE HUASHI STORY
One generation went from China to the world. The next learned to see family from the world.
Huashi Global did not begin as a polished business plan. It grew from real household needs, years of frontline work and two generations learning what a genuinely suitable match requires.

WHERE IT BEGAN
The story began in Shanghai in 2003.
Raised in a business family in Zhejiang, Mrs. Wang worked in sales in Wenzhou before starting a Shanghai company in 2003. Its first work was factory staffing and employment coordination.
THE FIRST SHIFT
Three to five years later, family needs changed the direction.
As clients increasingly asked for child care, elder care and household help, the business gradually moved from factory staffing toward services rooted in everyday family life.

GROWING OVER TIME
Growth came one location and one family at a time.
During its Shanghai years, the company operated 16 company-run locations at its historical peak, reflecting two generations of dedicated commitment to family care.
BACK TO THE FRONT LINE
She left the operator’s seat to serve inside homes.
Around 2016, Mrs. Wang began living and working in Canada, Australia and the United States. She personally provided newborn and infant care, Yuesao postpartum care, cooking and household support.
WHAT THE WORK TAUGHT US
A family needs more than an answer on a résumé.
Culture, language, routines, duties, pay expectations and availability all shape whether a placement can work. A good match requires understanding them together.
THE SECOND GENERATION
He started as an employee, not with a title.
Johansen joined day-to-day operations as an ordinary employee in 2020. In 2025, he led Huashi Global into a new international stage.
THE NAME
From Huashi to Huashi Global: continuity with a new beginning.
The Chinese name carries the first generation’s experience while its updated character marks a business being refined for new markets, technology and service contexts. Huashi Global takes that continuing story to the world.
FIRST GENERATION
Mrs. Wang
Founder of the family-service businesses behind Huashi Global
She has been both a company operator and a frontline caregiver in overseas homes. Seeing both positions shaped her focus on real experience, clear boundaries, mutual respect and long-term trust.
To serve a family, first understand the family. To build lasting trust, respect the person doing the work.
SECOND GENERATION
Johansen Xu
Founder & CEO, Huashi Global
He aims to turn two generations of field experience into a clearer, more transparent system suited to families across regions. Technology improves understanding and organization; people remain responsible for judgment.
